The location near popular cafes and restaurants made it a delight to explore the Usaquén area, especially the Sunday market.
Breakfast could use a better variety of gluten-free options to cater to diverse dietary needs.

The staff here were very nice, especially Marcela. She helped me with laundry issues, and even coordinated it perfectly with a pickup service The breakfast was amazing, fresh fruit juices and friendly service kept me energized and happy during my stay.
It wasn’t exactly a steal, but honestly, I think it was worth every penny.

The hotel staff were incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to accommodate my vegetarian and vegan dietary preferences. The TEO restaurant provided a diverse selection of delicious plant-based options at breakfast, including fresh fruit juices and innovative dishes that exceeded my expectations. The location was excellent, nestled in the chic Northern suburbs with vibrant local cafes and close to the Sunday market.
The wifi connection was occasionally unreliable, which could be frustrating during my stay.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel with our large breed dog. The penthouse suite was spacious and comfortable, and we loved exploring the nearby Usaquen area, especially the Sunday market. Breakfast was delightful, with great views and a lovely atmosphere.
My wife says that a dog-friendly area in the garden would be nice.

During a six-night stay, the spacious Superior Double Room provided exceptional comfort, equipped with a well-functioning A/C that was a lifesaver during a hot week. The attentive staff made every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions, including great meals featuring delicious spare ribs. However, breakfast lacked gluten-free options, and the coffee machine was not to my liking. Additionally, the location was quite distant from the city center, making it less convenient for exploration.
